If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at refundme@rikkadesign.com.au with your order number and images of the fault within 14 days. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.

Please note that damages from misuse and unauthorized alterations are excluded.

If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that any customers who mark the parcel as Return to Sender will have the $10 shipping fee deducted from their return.
